Support and Training for Parents and Professionals: Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Learning Differences Aged 3-9 and Assessments of Learning Potential

Recommended Resources for Reading, Spelling and Maths

I recommend Nessy resources for use over the summer holiday as they are great fun and really help with literacy and maths skills

Developed by the Bristol Dyslexia Centre, they are actually useful for any student who needs to keep up their practice.

The games are available as downloads and use cartoon type graphics to maximise attention.

They also reward the student with ‘nuggets’ that can then be spent.

Age range 7 upwards, although some resources are suited to younger children.
